I have EAD. I need to go to India but my AP is expired, I did not renew it last year.
I could go to India without A.P. or I have to have A. P.?
If I go to India without A. P. then I could come back to USA?
My husband is Principal Applicant of our GC n he is NOT coming to India so is it possible and ok that we just apply for my A. P. and fly for to India (He will send me A. P. documents after he receives)
