AP Renewal Fees - Confused pls help

Hi,

Mine and my wife's APs are expiring and we are in the process of renewing it.
Can anyone who did the renewal individually without going thru the company/attorney pls giude with the steps for renewal. Have the following questions on that:

1) Filed I485 in Aug2007 , so I cannot eFile AP.Is this true?

2) Fees: People say that if I485 was applied after July 2007 then we don't have to pay the fees. Is it true?
Can anyone tell me how much is the fees we need to pay for the AP renewal. (I'm renewing it for the 2nd time now).

1.Who is Not Eligible to e-File This Form:
You are not eligible to electronically file this form if:

You have a pending I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence Status or Adjust Status currently at a USCIS office and you are eligible to file the I-131 for no additional fee.

2. You need to look at the I-485 receipt received from USCIS if the fee is $1010.00 you do not have to pay for it, also u need to send a copy of that receipt with the I-131 app.
