Form I-131: Class of Admission

Hello Everyone,

I'm applying for Advanced Parole after recv. my EAD. I'm no longer on an H1 and wanted to file for an AP to leave the country to go on holiday. I was wondering what to put down in the Box 3. Class of Admission, since i am no longer on an H1 (though I was on an H1 when I last entered the country). My company let my H1 expire without renewing since I am on EAD and am pending approval on my change of status application.

Appreciate any help.

fill a paper application and put "I-485 pending approval" in the status. Dont worry abt your company, you are a free bird now with much better opportunities on the EAD.
