L2 EAD Extension

Hi
My wifes L2 EAD is expiring in April 2010. When is the earliest that I can apply for extension?

Also - My L1 visa and I-94 are expiring in Jan 2011. So will her EAD be valid till Jan 2011 ? I will be applying for extension of L1 and L2 as soon as I am eligible to apply. Will I need to re-apply for an extension of her EAD? and do I need to apply only after my L1 approval comes?

I have applied for GC recently. Given that GC based EAD has been applied for my wife along with mine, is there any complication is applying for L2 based EAD extension ?

EAD extension can be applied 90 days prior to it's expiration. Your EAD is valid only till the date printed on it. It does not become valid for an extended period based on L1.
