EAD and AP denied / I-485 Pending

Hi All,

Just got an email that both EAD and AP got denied and the denial notice has been mailed across. The I-485 is still pending, all these were filed together. Wanted to check with the forum if you have any thoughts on why EAD and AP could have got denied. Does this mean the I-485 will also be denied?

It could be that the 485 is already approved too being optimistic.

Is it a family based petition or Emp based? Is the PD current?

It is employment based (EB1). I haven't received my figerprinting appointment notice yet....if the I-485 is approved (being optimistic) , shouldn't it be after the fingerprinting?

Possibly a 485 rejection or improper filing of 485/EAD/AP.
