Hello Everyone..

I have my advance parole and it will expire in february. I have applied for a renewal in november and I didnt get the renewed advance parole yet.

My question is..Can I travel to India and come back to the US in march or april and can my husband mail me the new advance parole?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

No. You can come back before the older AP expires i.e by February. If you want to use the new AP, you should be inside the country when that gets approved.
