    H4-h1-green card change

    Hi,

    I am on H1 and my spouse is on H4. She was earlier on H1. Now she got a job offer and they are ready to sponsor for H1 (COS). My green card is in process, labor is approved and I140 is filed. Here is my question now,

    1) Suppose my wife gets her H1 now and completes her 6 years of H visa in 2012. Can she still extend it further because my green is in process.
