Hi guys, please help - couldn't find the answer anywhere and I know other people are or will soon be in the same boat:
I've originally filed for I-131 together with I-485 in Aug 2008, but have paid the OLD fees.
Renewed I-131 in 2008 and paid the NEW fee of $305.
Now need to renew for the second time. Do I need to pay another $305 fee?
And keep paying it every year?
What were your experiences?
