Sponsoring spouse while on EAD

I am currently on EAD and considering marrying someone outside the U.S. Will I be able to sponsor my spouse from outside the U.S.? If not, what are the possible alternatives to bring her into the U.S.?

How do I know my status? It says "Paroled until Jan 2011" on my I-94 card. I used to have H-1B but I believe it was revoked after I was laid off from my previous company who was also the H1-B sponsor. I never got a H1-B stamping on my passport, instead I got the EAD to be able to continue working in the U.S. I also know that my I-485 has been filed with AOS pending.

AP EAD and marriage

Where are you marrying, in the US or outside US (is the bride already in US)

If the girl is already in US there is no problem. If she is outside US, It takes a long time for you to get her into US.
Best way could be,
1. Marry
2. Bring her on B1 visa
3. Apply for i-130 followed by i-485

If not,
1. Marry
2. apply for I-130
3. Apply for CP
