Hi
I applied for EAD on 07th november.I recieved appointment for biometrics on Dec 1st 2009.On January 25th 2010 I recieved e-mail saying the status is on RFE now.On Feb 1st 2010 i recieved mail by post listing the documents to be submitted.
It says
The office is unable to verify the applicants qualification for an EAD card.Please provide this office with a copy of principal L1 and applicant's form I 94 ,passport,visa and I 129 approval notice or proof of eligibilit for the benefit sought.
Could you please help me with the I 129 issue...I dont understand " I 129 approval notice or proof of eligibilit for the benefit sought." I understand that L2 doesnt have I 129 document.
Please help.Very urgent.
