Question on I94 validity for advance parolee

Hi All,

I have a question on I-94 requirement for advance parolee.

I am on advance parole and my I 94 is expiring. My lawyer is saying me that I don't need to renew I-94, my advance parole and I-485 application should be enough to establish my legal status in US.

Please share your experience on this.
