H1->EAD; Dependent H4 Status?

My apologies if this is a repeat question.

I'm currently on H1 with my wife and daughter (born in India) on H4. Myself and wife have EAD. All of us have AP.

If I change my status from H1 to EAD, what will be the status of my daughter?

She becomes a parolee. No problems at all. If you are getting a better job offer with the EAD, take it.

Hi all,

My husband is on H1 and he applied for GC. we all got EADs and Paroles.
I do not have the H4 status as I am working on EAD status.
What would be my status if want to take divorce from my husband. will I be loosing my status. Or do I have to wait till i get GC.

I apologize if i have posted this in a wrong forum, but please help with some answers. life has become miserable with him. and I do not want to loose my status either.
