EAD Application!

Good Morning,

I had sent in my application for my renewal of my EAD on January 8, 2010 and my lawyers have a notice that it was received by the Nebraska office. I am a little worried as my check has not been cashed yet for $340 by that office. It usually does not take that long.

Please let me know when will the check be cashed and how long would it take for them to process my renewal of my card.

EAD Application

Hi,

I have come on L2 Visa to USA and currently I am in North Carolina. Please let me know the documents required for EAD. I have come up with this list and you can confirm if I am good to go.

Marriage Certificate
L1 A Visa Petition Copy
L1 & L2 Passport Copy
2 Identical Photographs

Do I need to attach the copy of I-94 which was stapled by the immigration officer in my passport ?
