EAD renewal Process.

Hello,

My wife EAD expires in NOV 10 and Same as our L1 Visa,

but my I 94 is still NOV 2012.

can any please let me know if we can apply EAD on the basis of I 94,
or what are the documents required for renewal of EAD.

Same as a new application.
J2 approval notice, application form, payment, passport copy etc.

So can the EAD be extended on the basis on i 94 which is till 2012 and visa is till 2010
