Hello,
I am the primary applicant for the green card currently working full time with the employer who has filed the application. I see some postings where it mentions that someone on EAD can work for multiple employers.
1) Does this apply to the primary applicant?
2) In such a scenario, does the applicant maintain the full time status with one employer and become an independent contract with other(s)?
3) What are some restrictions on the part time role, if any? For example, does it have to be in a similar field
4) Is there any conclusive evidence to suggest that this part time activity could affect the primary application for the green card?
