  • expedite AP: who made it?

    Hi,

my NOA for AP is November 13th (I am in AOS), and I really need to go back to my country in the following couple of weeks for several reasons. One of this, it's that my grandparents are very old, and I would like not to regret I have not go back on time for a last good-bye. They are not in emergency situations, but they have several health issue, the most important one, my grandma had 3 surgeries to the heart in the last 10 years, so it's cardiac muscle is quite weak.

Did anyone successfully expedite the I-131 being in a situation similar to mine? What are the conditions to expedite it?

    Thank you very much!

Hi - I'm in a similar situation. My grandfather is nearly 90 and spent time in the hospital in Feb. You can see my timeline in my signature. I wrote "expedite" on the top right hand corner of my application and provided doctor's letter. But I haven't heard anything about it and don't have a fingerprint notice yet even...

I think you need to call USCIS Contact Center.
