Wait time from I 131 approval to receipt of AP document?

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive your AP document after you have received your I 131 approval? I have been waiting 6 weeks now so hoping to get the document soon. I had heard 30 days but it is now past that - any experiences appreciated!
