Card In Production - Twice?

Hello, just wondering if anyone else has seen this where both egov and myUSCIS account updated twice to show "New Card Is Being Produced". It seems like normally most people get their card produced and sent out a week after receiving approval. So frustrating as I can't work until I receive the card even though the approval began 3/19...

11/20: PD
3/19: EAD / AP approved
3/23: Received approval notice
4/3: New Card Is Being Produced
4/9: New Card is Being Produced

Concurrent filing of I-130 & I-485 + I-765 & I-131

11/16/18 - Sent package via Fedex
11/20/18 - Priority Date
11/28/18 - Checks cashed
12/3/18 - I-797 notices in mail
12/07/18 - Biometrics notice in mail
12/19/18 - Biometrics appointment
12/26/18 - Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview

Well as an update... 4/11: New Card is Being Produced (again)

Concurrent filing of I-130 & I-485 + I-765 & I-131

11/16/18 - Sent package via Fedex
11/20/18 - Priority Date
11/28/18 - Checks cashed
12/3/18 - I-797 notices in mail
12/07/18 - Biometrics notice in mail
12/19/18 - Biometrics appointment
12/26/18 - Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview
