EAD and AP approved but EAD received without combo card

I received approval notices for I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP) in mail. I also received EAD card but it lacks AP component on it. It says

If you had the EAD card without the EAD / AP Combo meaning you are not allowed and can NOT travel overseas
so you must remain in the country until you become a LPR .

If you received the I-131 approval letter and the EAD say is not valid to enter the USA, then maybe you will get an AP on paper.
