Dear friends,
I am an H4 visa holder and my I765 was approved one month ago, but I haven't received my EAD card. USCIS customer service said my card "was sent to printer" but offered no estimate of how long would it take. On the USCIS website, my case has not been updated and remains "Case Was Received" status. My questions are:
1. Is this normal (for waiting so long to get EAD card)?
2. What can I do to expedite the process?
