I will be travelling to India on an emergency AP to look after my mother who was hospitalized. On my way back, I was planning to stop over in London for a few days to visit family. Will that be questioned when I re-enter the US on the emergency AP? In other words, since its an emergency AP would the immigration officer at port of entry expect that I should have flown back from the place of intended visit, India rather than some other country? Thank you in advance.
