When to apply for H4 EAD when I140 approved but H1B extension Pending
Hi All,
I received y I140 approval so now i want to apply for H4 EAD for my wife but my H1B extension is pending on August 16th 2019.
I guess H4 EAD has processing time of 90 days so if i apply now, i am sure i will not get it before 16th August or even if i get, it will be for few days and i have to re-apply.
Want to know if i apply now, will USCIS will hold my H4 EAd application and process it once i get H1B extension or it is a good idea to apply with H1B extension. Considering time lines, what will be best for me?
