  • how to expedite EAD?

Hi, can anyone help me step by step how to expedite EAD card? How do I contact congressman to request and submit evidence? I'm confused about the steps. Is there any different when we request through USCIS or congressman?

I was on F1 status before changing to I485. Currently I dont have any job offer (still looking). Would it be possible for me to request it without a job offer? I'm using financial crisis reason because my husband doesn't make enough to pay all the living expenses/ bilss. (i have bills to pay especially my mom's hospital bills - she has cancer and she doesn't work).

    Thank you!

I would be very careful if I were you. If your husband is sponsoring you and you claim that the reason you need your ead is that your husband doesn’t make enough money to make ends meet for you guys, they may use that as a reason to request a co-sponsor, which makes things more complicated. Since you don’t have a job offer (yet), I’d just keep looking while waiting. The card will come eventually

I would disregard this advice. There are income brackets provided by USCIS. If your husband meets the minimum annual income, then you do not need a joint sponsor.
