    Travel to Canada with L2 EAD under Process

    Hi,

    Me and my wife are moving to US on L1/L2 Visas in Oct'19. We need to land in Canada for our PR as well before Dec'19. However my wife plans to apply for EAD befoe we land in December. Now the question is, is it allowed to travel abroad while EAD is still in process?
