EAD Renewal - Recipient Address - Clarification

I did email to [email protected] on monday and got a reply on wednesday. My application has reached the correct address and have been given the receipt number in the email.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The Lockbox has no mechanism to advise applicants when an application is received for processing. Once an application has been accepted, receipt notices and numbers are generated and sent to the applicant.

The Lockbox can not predict processing times.
