Hello,
This forum is my go to site for valuable information regarding my Visa. Hope somebody from the group can give me information relating to my GC application:
I concurrently filled my I-140/I-485/I-131/I-765 last 2 weeks ago. Got my I-140 approved via premium processing after a week, and received I-797C for our I-485 for me and the whole Family. I understand that GC/I-485 processing will take months to be processed, but would like to track the status of our I-765 EAD application (My 2 teenaged boys are being charge by their college as International Students! It would be nice if they can work and help offset their college costs).
My questions pertaining to my EAD application are:
1. Do I get a separate I-797C for the I-765 (and I-131) application that I filled? Or my I-485 receipt # is the only one I can use to check our EAD status.
2. Nebraska Service Station is the one processing my I-485. Is it the same service center that will process our I-131 and I-765?
3. USCIS site shows that the fastest processing time for the I-765 is 2.5 months at Nebraska SC (1 month 12 days from ********.com site). Do anybody here got their EAD from Nebraska SC less than a month?
