RFE for EAD // Endorsed copy of DS 2019

hello,

i applied for EAD renewal 3 months ago, i am on J2 visa. Recently received RFE requesting J1's (Principal) DS 2019 Endorsed copy. Is it travel endorsement or some thing else?

i am not sure what "endorsed copy" refers to. If any one knows please help. Thanks.
