Hello, I would like to file expedite for my husbands EAD renewal since it seems that the offices are taking forever. I want to request it with "severe financial loss for a person or a company". Does anyone have any advice if it is better to do it for a person or a company? We just bought a house here, could we use that as a reason or would it be better to ask the company that he is employed with for a reason and proof of financial loss? Thanks so much, hopefully you have some experiences to share

If the EAD is for AOS by marriage to USC, then there is no need to expedite the renewal. You just file the renewal up to 6 months before the EAD expires and you will get a receipt that extend the EAD for 180 after the expiration.
When the EAD is going to expire?Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
