Long time lurker and first time poster. I wanted to thank everyone on this forum for their insights and mostly assurances to remain patient and pray. This whole process is very opaque and frustrating. I can only imaging the plight of some folks who have been waiting for 10+ months for this. I pray for you too. I wanted to relay my timeline and experience.
Jan 2019 - EB1b approval (India). Date ported to Sept 2012 based on prior EB2-NIW application.
Apr 5, 2019 - 485, 765 and 131 received by NBC
May 10, 2019 - Fingerprint review completed.
Aug 22, 2019 - 765 and 131 approved. No interview date yet (I am assuming that it will be some time before I get 485 since no visa numbers available for India this fiscal year)
I have signed up for an account on USCIS. There were no updates on USCIS (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) website where it still says that the case was received and they will contact me with updates. I was still hopeful that our cards will arrive soon as the processing times we're improving. Then the dates went back to early march on 8/23/2019.
Today, I just happened to check my status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do - I was surprised to learn that my case was approved on 8/22/2019. It looks like my prayers were answered. I am hoping that the USCIS website will be updated soon and that our cards will be produced soon.
Can anyone tell me the the avg timeline for EAD/AP card production and arrival in the mail? What is the validity of the initial EAD?
