I submitted my I-131 application on Aug 20th, the following day I realized that I forgot to sign the application and include the previous travel document (which was about to expire) with it. So I called USCIS service center and informed them about my situation. The representative told me to go ahead and submit another application and not wait for the rejection notice so I did. Now I got my rejection notice today which contained a green page which said "when you resubmit your application, please enclose this letter with your resubmission".
My question is I have still not received a notification text (that you get from the G-1145 form) for my resubmission. The notification for the incorrect applicaiton was received on Aug 28th. I resubmitted my application on Aug 21st (just 1 day after filling my initial application). Did I do something wrong? and how do I proceeed from here?
