L1 holder using Advance Parole at reentry - Ability to work a side job?
If an L1 worker with an advance parole & EAD combo on hand (on pending I-485) reenters the US after a travel and he uses advance parole instead of the valid L1 at entry;
Can this person work a second job in addition to the L1 related same job? Does reentering US through advance parole give him the ability to work a side job such as Uber and etc (nothing related to L1 work)? Would that risk the interview for I-485 ?
