EAD has update but none on I-131/AP

    EAD has update but none on I-131/AP

    We receive an update yesterday about the EAD - "new card is being produced"; however, there is no update online for the Advanced parole/I-131.

    Is this usual? Isn't the EAD card a combo card with the AP?

    We had the same thing. We received our combo card a week ago and the i131 has never been updated online. I’m sure you will get a combo card.
    Family based, i130, i131, i765, i485
    Filed March 12 (pd date), NBC
    NOA’s received March 18, checks cashed
    Biometrics done early April
    Case Status: Case Received, Fingerprint fee accepted
    Lawyer raised SR Aug 10 for out of processing time
    Aug 15 husband spoke to congressman’s office to expedite due to financial hardship
    Aug 28 EAD approved, new card in production
    Sept 3 Card picked up by USPS, tracking number received
    Sept 5 Combo Card in hand

      Same here with our renewal. Only got the EAD. Apparently USCIS is doing something different now.

        My I-765 status changed as "expedite request approved". Does anyone know how long it will take them to make a decision?

          I believe renewal are not issued combo cards since you have to renew EAD/AP separately.
