I am wondering about putting an in for expediting my EAD, filed in May through lawyer, recieved RFE August 28 for long birth certificate ( sent it in lawyer told me I should have sent it through her even though didnt see that it wasnt a long form in first place, very frustrating.) I am wanting to expedite it for severe financial loss, as I have a job offer coming up in October and we are having a hard time paying bills without me working. Just wondering should I be notifying my lawyer that I'm doing this. As well what all is needed to expedite it. Is a job offer fine, or do I have to produce bank statements aswell? any input is appreaciated. From what I gather people are waiting 8 months through NBC, I just cannot wait that long.
