EAD - Deendent Status - Please advise

MY Labour and I140 are approved. I am on EAD and H1B. My wife is on H4 VISA. My labour priority date is DEC 2006, which is not current now.
To maintain valid status to my wife, instead of H4, can you advise me based on the green processing status of mine , can I apply any forms
to keep my wife on a valid status in USA.

You have to continue on H1 for her to remain on valid H4 status or she has to find a H1b or convert to F1 and study as an alternative.
