Surname misspelled in EAD card (H4 based EAD)
Hi All, I received my H4 EAD card today but my Surname on the card is misspelled. It is correct on H4 approval notice though.
I have validated that we filled out the application correctly and this is a mistake from USCIS.
I am wondering now -
1) Can I work based on the EAD card that I have received with misspelled surname ?
2) And what should be the next steps to correct the same?
If any one has experienced this and can provide suggestions please.
