I received the notice of action saying that USCIS received my application for EAD on Oct 14. I saw an opportunity for a summer 2020 internship in a company of my interest, can I apply to the job considering the EAD might arrive on time (5 months of delay on my service center)? Is it risky? And should I let the employer know my situation?
