Travelling with Advance Parole

Dear Immihelp,

We are planning to travel next month to India. We have EAD approval with Advance Parol.

We have been in US about 9 years and never visited India before. Our H1B and H4 visa are expired as the 6 years are over.

What documents we need to carry while travelling? Would there be any problem at the time of return? What kind of questions are asked at port of entry?

Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Humanitarian Parole

I have a question, I have applied Humanitarian parole for my wife and wrote "expedite on envelope", do they really expedite your processing? My wife is 5 months old pregnant and live in back home. How long it will take get approve? or is it too early to call USCIS and have them request for expedite the processing Humanitarian parole. I have applied April 22nd(receive date), No biometric requirement since applicant live abroad, I got receipt letter on 26th April which stated that the case on Washing dc office and is in process. Please give me an advice. greatly appreciated it.
