On Adv.Parole
I have couple of questions. I have H1 stamp until 17 May 2010. New I-797 came until Sep 2010. I need to go India on some personal reasons by 28 May 2010. I have my Adv. Parole too.
Which is best option:
1. Using Advance Parole to comeback to US again. If I comeback Can I maintain my H1 Status?
or
2. Going for H1 stamping at Hyderabad, India (some people told me as I have just 3 months remaining of validity for new visa, US embassy may reject that they think I am potential immigrant something lk this)
Please advise me.....
