Waiting for EAD- 220 days as of today

Hi everyone,

My received date of I765 is 06/03/2019 and did bio on June 25th.No update after fingerprint was done. Its been 220 days now. I have submitted E-request yesterday. Should I contact a congressman to expedite my case? Anyone knows how to contact a congressman? I live in San Francisco Bay Area and my case is in National benefits center.

Hello, I’m in the same situation and desperate this time processing is killing us!! Super slow and nothing yet.. my PD is July 11 and any update about my EAD card or my case after “Fingerprint review was completed” I’m adjusting status and my case it’s at NBC too... I’m wondering the same if can we reach someone from USCIS to check or what can we do at this point..

If you have an offer job you can expedite trough your Congress Man.. I’m trying to figure out what do I need to reach USCIS or what’s the requirements for the offer job, hope we get soon our EAD card

Hi again...! I can see your PD is out of processing times.. did you submit the inquiry about it? Can you share the steps please? My PD it’s current yet so I believe I have to wait a minimum of one month to get out processing time date.. I hope you get great news soon.. Please let me know if they answer to you about your EAD... see you!

Not sure how the whole system works. I have seen people from November PD getting their AP/EAD whereas some people are waiting for too long without any update. It is so unfair. People keep on putting expedite request within their normal processing times by showing financial loss documents because of which other waiting in queue face the consequences. I hope we get to hear something soon.
