Hi everyone,
I never posted anything but regularly checked this forum to understand EAD processing time. I received my EAD card today and wanted to post my timeline here to hopefully help someone understand what the approximate wait time is.
July 19th, 2019. I applied for EAD renewal and it was assigned to Vermont Processing Center
January 3rd, 2020. The case status got updated to Case Approved
January 6th, 2020. I received the approval notice by mail
January 8th, 2020. The case status changed to Card was Mailed to you
January 10th, 2020. I received the card in the mail
Overall the process took almost 6 months, which is twice as long as it took the previous time. But they are processing the application and hopefully, you'll receive your cards soon!
