Can anyone answer to my questions below
1. After working on EAD for some time, can I move from EAD back to H1B for the left over time period (in this case 12 months)?
2. Do I have to apply for a new H1B or use the same H1B if I am within the 6 yr limit if I decide to come back to the same H1B employer?
3. If I want to work for a new company, Can I do a H1B transfer to the new company based on my old company's H1B after working on EAD within 6 years or later?
4. What if my current H1B employer revokes my H1B? Is my I140 still valid?
5. If I apply for a new H1B after 6 years, am I subject to the quota again?
6. If I apply for a new H1B, will I get only 8 months (left-over H1B) or can I get for 3 yrs based on my I I40 approval?
