Forgot to write date on check

Hello all
I just applied for my ead application but forgot to write the date on the check, would that result in my application being returned by uscis
should I reapply before they even sent my application back
any help would
be appreciated thanks

I've just realized I made the very same mistake when I sent off my paperwork yesterday. What happened in your case? Did they return your application?
