I applied for OPT in October, recieved an RFE in December and replied back to it (recieved by USCIS Dec). I have a job pending and I am still waiting. Contacted a Congresswoman and tried expedite but they said they couldnt process it because there was someone working on the case (Feb 3rd)
Do you know of a similar case?
how much is the expected waiting time?
Any October fillers got approval?
