EAD/AP approval AFTER "Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview"?

Has anyone received EAD/AP approval notice immediately after their AOS status is updated to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"?

I need to travel outside the country on 03/05/2020 but I have not received any update on EAD/AP? AOS status was updated to that mentioned above on 02/21/2020 along with a courtesy letter in the mail to bring along missing I-693 during the interview. Let me know if anyone has had a similar experience. USCIS received the case on 08/13/2019. Thank you

There is no pattern on how things are done. Some people never get the EAD/AP and just get the GC.

You should not travel without AP. If you have an emergency travel then look here:
