applied for EAD and H1 going to expire soon
Hi,
My wife is US Citizen and I am in H1b visa. I've applied for EAD few weeks ago based on marriage and waiting for biometrics lettter from USCIS. My H1B is going to expire in one month. I 've below questions
1) Can I still work after my H1B expire or need to wait till my EAD approves?
2) If my EAD approves within month period can I continue my job based on approved EAD? OR
3) Do I need to wait till I get EAD Card to continue my job?
