I am waiting for EAD since July 10th. I am not sure how long will it take.

I am a September applicant too and nothing after I did my biometrics in October; only updated was in December saying CASE UPDATED SHOW FINGERPRINTS WERE TAKEN still nothing since and I didn’t even get RFE relating to my i485 either. My wife had made a call on March 3,2020 to expedite my EAD, I got an email from USCIS stating that my case is currently under review and I’ll be getting a notice or a decision shortly. It’s been 30 days now and still gotten any decision or notice from them. It’s like we have to just wait because of what all that’s going on with COVID-19. Let’s pray and have faith.

You can open a case inquiry if your date is earlier than the one they show there. Good luck.

Hello! I also applied in September, on October 15 were my fingerprints and my last update was in December Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken, since then I have not received RFE or anything, 7 months have passed, the EAD sent it separately to mid-February, they reused my fingerprints and the case is in process with IOE receipt, this wait is stormy but you have to have FAITH.

@Jones, the thing about my case is that, I did not submit the i864 form when filing concurrently and the time but I later sent it off even though i did not get a RFE from USCIS about it.

Hello Mkc thank goodness you sent it later because USCIS denies cases that do not include the I864, I sent this along with my husband's 2018 taxes, along with I693 and all the documents they request, I don't know how much longer I have to wait.

Hello Mkc great news!!! Im really happy for you! My EAD is approved yesterday too, i woke up with that great news!!! Now wait for the I-485 further notices.
