Son's EAD expired in December 2019

Need some guidance. For last renewal, my son got only 1 year extension which expired in December 2019. I thought he got 2 years so forgot to apply for renewal before expiring. I am filing for renewal now. Will this have any impact on his GC?

Is he working now? Did you petition him or is he a dependent on your AOS process? What AOS category?

Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
