When will I receive the combo card after approval?

On Friday 31JUL I received appointment for biometrics for i-485/i-765 for today 4AUG and nothing special happened.

However, yesterday 3AUG. The status changed to "New card being produced". I looked on case status online and it said on 30JUL (didn't see any alerts that day) that an officer has approved my 4JUN expedite request.

Now the question is how long will it take to actually print the card ready for shipping?

I got the case update of "New card being produced" on July 23rd and on August 4th update that "the card has been picked up by USPS" with a tracking number. fingers crossed that i will receive it before weekend.

How did you expedite the EAD?

By calling USCIS during daytime and once I got to the agent I started asking for expedite.

I got the case update of "New card being produced" on July 23rd and on August 4th update that "the card has been picked up by USPS" with a tracking number. fingers crossed that i will receive it before weekend.

So basically two weeks you have waited from production to shipping. Nice to hear. Luckily the shipping itself is usually not an issue nor does it take more than 1-3 days and it is awesome that one can track it.

I think I am in the exact same shoes as you. I had my biometrics appointment on March 18 too ... May I know if you got your biometrics rescheduled automatically or did you have to take any steps for it ?

Everything came automatically.

This is getting ridiculous.

EAD for primary and 2/3 dependents were alerted to me as shipped.

What could it be that one did not notify and status has not change?

Updating again,

Today, primary and two dependents received the cards. One of them is still not updating. Yesterday, notification of New card being produced was repeated for the missing card. This is odd as it only came by email, not text message.

Anyone know why this could be?

They work in mysterious ways. We received our 3 EADs at the same time when we first applied. After renewal: 2 were approved in less than a month and one dependent after 4 months.

They work in mysterious ways. We received our 3 EADs at the same time when we first applied. After renewal: 2 were approved in less than a month and one dependent after 4 months.

I get that processing times can vary, but when all got approved on day X, all got the notification about production on day Y. Day Z the cards were received and on another day the missing card gets the same notification about production repeated.

It is lagging since the ones that I did receive still sit on "Card was mailed to me"
