Hi,
I was wondering if my reasons are strong enough for USCIS to expedite my EAD.
I'm married to a US citizen, who quite her job just before COVID-19 hit and is struggling to go back to work, she has 2 aged grandparents dependent on her (sows on her federal returns). Fortunately, I have a job offer that is willing to hire me provided I have permanent work authorizations.
I'm also reaching out to my state senator who'll recommend me to expedite my EAD.
Is this a valid enough reason or is there something else I may need to prove?
Please suggest.
