Hi ,
I am having L1 and my visa and I-94 both has the validity till October 14th 2010 . My dependant also got the L2 visa and I-94 till OCTr 14th 2010.
Can i apply now EAD for my dependent . Is there any restriction saying that visa must have 6 months or 1year validity to apply for the EAD .
If we apply now it take 2-3 months to get EAD. By the time we get we have only 2 months of visa validity . Is it Ok to apply now.
please suggest me , can i wait for visa extension approval and then apply EAD. r else can i apply now itself and later can i extend or reapply EAD once again.
